Personally, I'm a very light makeup kind of gal. To me, there's nothing more refreshing than the 'fresh-faced' look, but sometimes you just need that extra punch of color. I've been wearing less and less makeup lately, it seems like, but I do love to pair a pink lip, bold or soft, with a light eye for a pretty little spring pop. I don't have the luxury of shopping for makeup too often, nor spending oodles of money on more high end cosmetic brands such as MAC or Benefit, but you can easily get this look for less by shopping at your local Walmart or Walgreens. My personal favorite drug-store brands have definitely got to include 'Spellbound' by Covergirl (for the hot pink look) @ $7.99 and 'Stella' by NYX (for a softer shade) @ $4.99 - that's quite a beauty bargain if you ask me.
